Hong Kong Shipping (Local Shipping)

After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

You will normally receive your order from 7-20 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. Please don’t be surprised if your package takes longer than 20 days to arrive. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is made (excluding weekends). You will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

RETURN POLICY

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the watch must be in the exact new condition as when receiving the watch.  We offer free returns for all of our customers. Please contact us by email to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive it back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange your product, please follow the return policy above to send your watch back to us.

You can make an exchange for a product of the same or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, we will make a refund and notify you when it’s done. You can place a new order with the new watch at any time.

WARRANTY & REPAIR

This product is guaranteed for a period of 1 year as from the date of purchase under the following conditions and in accordance with the current legislation. It covers any operating defects which are due to bad workmanship or a hidden defect that is accepted by the manufacturer.

Conditions: this guarantee does not apply in the case of a defect or deterioration due to the wrong handling or to an accident. Are excluded: the glass, the case, the band, the battery and all damages due to it. All customers are responsible for the shipping.
